Waterproofing & site services

Waterproofing, damp proofing, drainage & backfill, crawl space encapsulation, and material spreading across Middle Tennessee and Greater Nashville.

Explore services

01 · Exterior water protection

Waterproofing

Resist water infiltration at below-grade walls

Exterior foundation waterproofing uses a compatible spray-applied membrane or coating to resist water infiltration at below-grade walls. Substrate, drainage, grading, and soil-water conditions determine the appropriate assembly.

What this service covers

  • Compatible spray-applied membrane or coating
  • Below-grade wall protection
  • Assembly selected for site conditions

02 · Ground-moisture protection

Damp Proofing

Limit soil-moisture penetration

Damp proofing limits soil-moisture penetration where hydrostatic pressure is not expected. Waterproofing is used where site conditions require protection beyond damp proofing.

What this service covers

  • Exterior wall treatment
  • For non-hydrostatic conditions
  • Different scope from waterproofing

03 · Foundation drainage

Drainage & Backfill

Support the exterior protection system

Washed drainage aggregate provides a path to the foundation drainage system. Backfill material, placement, wall protection, and compaction depend on the plans, soil, and site conditions.

What this service covers

  • Washed drainage aggregate
  • Project-specific backfill and compaction
  • Coordinates with exterior wall protection

04 · Under-house moisture control

Crawl Space Encapsulation

Limit soil-moisture migration beneath the home

Installed inside the crawl space beneath the home, encapsulation uses a continuous vapor retarder over exposed earth with sealed seams and project-specific wall, pier, and penetration details to limit soil-moisture migration.

What this service covers

  • Continuous vapor retarder over exposed earth
  • Sealed seams and transitions
  • Project-specific wall and pier details

05 · Controlled aggregate placement

Material Spreading

Place aggregate where the project needs it

Material spreading places stone and aggregate across foundation and construction areas. The right approach depends on the material, access, placement area, and site conditions.

What this service covers

  • Stone and aggregate placement
  • Foundation and construction applications
  • Project-specific access planning
